training, with a full compliment of equipment and plenty of space
to accomodate our popular Pilates mat classes. |

Tower Classes are offered at both studio
locations, and provide an opportunity for students to develop
a better sense of the correct moves. Beginning students and
experienced practitioners will benefit from Equipment Classes. |

to step it up!! Men on Mats had a great turnout, and the guys
